Domestic Shipping
TianeptineCapsules.com ships Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders must be placed by 3pm EST (12pm PT). Orders placed after 3pm EST or over the weekend will ship the next business day.
TianeptineCapsules.com ships USPS Mail with tracking and most orders are delivered in 3-5 days. Every order will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on usps.com. Once you receive your tracking number please allow at least 24 hours for it to update on usps.com. We do not ship on days USPS is closed. Click for a list of USPS holidays.
TianeptineCapsules.com sends an email receipt with every order. If you place your order and you do not receive an email receipt of your order within 24hrs, please contact us. This indicates the email address we have for your order is incorrect.
TianeptineCapsules.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered to the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout. If using autofill double check for errors. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. We cannot issue a refund or in any case cancel the order. We are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.
Domestic US shipping rates:
- Orders under $150 = $9 Priority Shipping (3-6 business days)
- Orders over $150 = Free Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Upgrade to USPS Express (1-2 business days) Starting at $28
Domestic USPS Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery for orders paid by credit card.
This is the fastest shipping option available from USPS. Please note this shipping option is not always guaranteed “Next Day” We do not guarantee Scheduled Delivery Days and we do not offer “Money Back Guarantee”
Orders over $150
Orders over $150 paid via credit card will require signature. Multiple same day orders will be combined and signature will be required if over $150.
If you do not want signature required on your package we have several alternative payment options at checkout to choose from.
